Rescheduling and Cancelation Policy
Deposits:
All payments are non-refundable. Your deposit will count towards the final cost of your tattoo.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please try to let me know at least one full week, (7 days) in advance.
Your deposit will allow you one reschedule if you notify me more than 7 days before your appointment.
If you notify me within 7 days of your appointment, you will need to pay another deposit to secure a spot in my schedule.
If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be sent an invoice to cover the loss of time and income for that day (up to my discretion). This payment will not count towards the cost of your tattoo.
Canceling:
If you need to cancel your appointment please try to let me know at least one full week (7 days) in advance.
Cancellations will need to fill out a new booking form to get back in the schedule.
If you cancel within 7 days of your appointment, you will be sent an invoice to cover the loss of time and income for that day (up to my discretion). This will not count towards the cost of your tattoo.
No call / No shows will be sent an invoice to cover the loss of time and income for that day. You will also need to fill out a new booking form to get back in the schedule. Not all cases will be eligible to be scheduled again.
Failure to pay deposits or invoices will exclude you from scheduling until payment is received.
I understand life happens, and finances can be tight. But please understand that although tattooing is my passion, it is also the source income for me and my family. Providing me with as much notice as possible allows me time to fill your time slot and protect my family and business.
